Pancakes recipe

2 eggs
1 glass of milk
1 glass of flour
Pinch of salt
2 spoons of sugar
Vegetable oil for frying



1. Sift the flour into a bowl,  add salt, sugar, eggs and milk, whisk until smooth.* If dough not enough smooth add more milk.
2. Heat the frying pan, and add a few drops of oil.
3. Pour in enough batter to thinly coat the base of the pan.
4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear and the underside is golden brown, turn over and cook the other side.
5. Select your favourite topping (it could be simple raspberry jam or tasteful caramel syrup). Enjoy : )

P.S. The second pancake is always better than the first! ; )

* For the best result, sprinkle some cinnamon in the dough!
