<p>Makes 6 muffins</p>

<p>60g butter</p>
<p>5 tb sp cane sugar</p>
<p>2 egg</p>
<p>230g self rising flour</p>
<p>Pinch salt</p>
<p>1t sp baking power</p>
<p>1 t sp vanilla essence</p>
<p>5 tb sp skimmed milk</p>
<p>100g chopped abricots and 100g dried strawberries</p>

<p>Whisk eggs, dissolve butter on the oven and combine all ingredients in a large bowl.</p>
<p>Spoon into 6 non stick bun tins.</p>

<p>Preheat oven and bake at 190C/375F/ gas mark 5 for 25 mins.</p>

<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>Black olives &#8211; 5 big spoons<br />
Green olives &#8211; 5 big spoons<br />
Feta cheese &#8211; 50g<br />
Sun dried tomato in oil &#8211; 6 pieces<br />
Olive oil &#8211; 2 spoons<br />
Dill, thyme and italian seasoning herbs &#8211; depends from the taste</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>1. Filter olives and put in the bowl.<br />

<p>2. Cut feta cheese and sun dried tomato in squares.</p>

3. Add a dash dill, thyme and italian seasoning herbs. Add two spoons of olive oil if you don&#8217;t have, use oil from sun dried tomato pot.</p>

<p>4. Mix everything with olives.</p>

<p>Ingredients:<br />
2 eggs<br />
1 glass of milk<br />
1 glass of flour<br />
Pinch of salt<br />
2 spoons of sugar<br />
Vegetable oil for frying</p>

Method:</p>

<p>1. Sift the flour into a bowl,  add salt, sugar, eggs and milk, whisk until smooth.* If dough not enough smooth add more milk.<br />
2. Heat the frying pan, and add a few drops of oil.<br />
3. Pour in enough batter to thinly coat the base of the pan.<br />
4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear and the underside is golden brown, turn over and cook the other side.<br />
5. Select your favourite topping (it could be simple raspberry jam or tasteful caramel syrup). Enjoy : )</p>
<p>P.S. The second pancake is always better than the first! ; )</p>
<p>* For the best result, sprinkle some cinnamon in the dough!</p>

<p>Ingredients:<br />
2 spoons of honey<br />
1 cup of sugar<br />
4 bananas<br />
125g of butter<br />
2 spoons of baking powder<br />
1 and ½ cup of self – raising flour<br />
2 large eggs<br />
1/3 cup of Butter milk<span id="more-95"></span></p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>1. Mash bananas</p>

2. Beat eggs separately<br />
3. Add honey, sugar, butter, baking powder, sift out the flour and process everything separately with whisk or with mixer.<br />
4. At the end put in mixture butter milk and mash banana. Process till dough looks smooth.</p>
